Ohkubo

Is it a custard pudding? No, it's Choshi's very own "Datemaki Sushi"!

This restaurant serves traditional Japanese food such as sushi and tempura as well as "Datemaki sushi".
"Datemaki" egg roll is served throughout Japan and normally contains fish paste.
Choshi's "Datemaki sushi" however is prepared quite differently.
Only eggs and "dashi"(fish stock) are used to make a smooth, thick roll which is shaped over a round tube and then served with sushi rice.
Please eat  your fill of fresh fish and Choshi's special "Datemaki sushi" here.
