Ishigami sake brewery

The easternmost sake brewery in Japan.
The sake produced in the two stone warehouses is brewed to the highest possible standard with 100% local Chiba rice.
WOW!Point

Within the compound, hidden from the street are two warehouses, one of stone and the other of mud.
Both have survived disasters such as air strikes during the Pacific War.
It's well worthwhile to take a look at these sturdy edifices, still in use today.

"Choshi no Homare" sake comes in original gift packaging- a lighthouse design box (300ml) and a bottle shaped like a float (720ml).
